By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

If you are not comfortable with my Terms of Service and/or not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes in any capacity. Doing so will immediately put you on a blacklist for future commissions.

NFT usage is also strictly forbidden.

You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie NOT for sale).

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (ie mugs, public flyers, t-shirts, etc) unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

Rush fees are at least +25% of the commission. Fees may vary depending on the project and the time-frame provided.

You will receive updates on your commission and have the right to request updates at any time.

There will not be any major changes to the final artwork if you, the Client, failed to mention them during the sketch/planning phase.

Up to two major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards (unless missing or inaccurate elements are my fault).

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

There may be slight differences between samples in my gallery and work you receive.

The Client must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.

If you, The Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial Use, the total price of the commission will be agreed upon upfront.

The minimum price increase is +100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

The following cases are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork (publicly or privately).

Cases where you receive a profit from a medium/platform where you have post my artwork (eg. YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, personal site, business cards, etc), I do not count as commercial use.

Personal reproduction without the intention of profit in mind does not need a commercial use permit (eg postcards/stickers for giveaways, production of privately used items).

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image(s) as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

I will only accept USD via PayPal as payment.

It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price after approving the sketch. For bigger commissions, 50% after the sketch and the other 50% once your commission has been completed. No exception unless otherwise discussed.

If getting just a sketch, the price will be paid in full before I start working on the commission.

There will not be any changes to the artwork after you approved the sketch, so make sure to look over it carefully before approving it.

Do not send any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can/will accept your commission AND have asked for payment. If payment is sent without confirmation or being asked, it will be considered a tip and will not be refunded.

In the event that a commission requires shipping a physical product, the Client will cover any and all shipping costs.

Shipping cost can be paid separately once the commission is completed if desired.

Product will not be sent until the shipping is paid for, even if commission has been paid in full.

Commissions being shipped will be sent via USPS with tracking, unless otherwise discussed.

Once the package has been handed to USPS (or chosen delivery service), it is out of my hands and I am not responsible for package damage or loss. However, should something happen during transit, let me know and I will put in a ticket with the shipping company. (Usually USPS will only communicate with the seller in my experience.)

If you cancel the commission after seeing the sketch, you will still have to pay 25% of the agreed upon price.

I will not issue any refunds after the commission has been completed, or if you change your mind after approving the sketch.

If I cancel a project, I will refund you 100%.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
